Supreme Betting registration is free and takes a few minutes. The online form collects personal details, contact details and login data, and the account is ready for a deposit straight after confirmation. Players who prefer paper and a person across the counter can open the same online account in a Supreme Betting shop.

Who can create an account
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Age | 18 or older, as required by Namibia's Gaming and Entertainment Control Act, 2018 |
| Identity | A valid ID number entered in the form |
| Contact details | A working email address and a phone number |
| Accounts per person | One. Duplicate accounts break the terms |

The date of birth and ID number are not decoration. Withdrawals are audited before payment, and details that do not match the person asking for the money can hold up a payout.

Choosing a username and password
The username deserves more thought than it usually gets. It cannot be changed once the account exists. It is also the reference for every EFT, bank deposit and ATM deposit, so a long string of random characters becomes a nuisance quickly.
Short, easy to spell, no spaces. That covers it.
The password, on the other hand, should be hard to guess. The login form accepts only the username and password, so anyone holding both has full access to the balance.
Opening an account in a Supreme Betting shop
Retail shops open online player accounts on request. Staff enter the details, and the player receives a username to use on the website and on mobile. This route suits people without a reliable email address or those who want help with the form. Shops also reset passwords and pay out withdrawal orders later on.

After sign up: the first deposit
A new account starts with a zero balance, and betting begins once money arrives. The How to Deposit item in the menu lists the current bank accounts.
- EFT or bank deposit to First National Bank, Bank Windhoek, Nedbank Namibia or Standard Bank, with the username as the payment reference.
- Mobile wallets: FNB eWallet, Bank Windhoek EasyWallet, Standard Bank Blue Wallet or the Nedbank wallet.
- Cash at a Supreme Betting shop.

A wrong reference can land the money in someone else's account, and the terms place that loss on the player. Deposits made on selected Mondays and Fridays receive a 10% Happy Day Bonus for sports tickets. The full list of payment steps is on the deposits and withdrawals page.
Placing the first bet
Clicking any odds in the sportsbook drops the selection into the bet slip. Sports stakes start at N$5.00; casino and virtual sports start at N$1.00. The maximum stake is N$500.00.

Money deposited but never used for a bet cannot be withdrawn, so a withdrawal right after the first deposit will be refused.
Registering on a phone
The form is identical on mobile. The three columns stack into one long page, and the date picker opens a calendar instead of a text field. Everything else works the same way, including the Supreme Betting register login flow: after registration, the same username and password open the account on any device. The login guide covers mobile sign-in and password recovery, and the app page covers the Android download.
Common registration mistakes
- Typing a nickname instead of the name on the ID document.
- Swapping day and month in the date of birth.
- Using an email address that nobody checks, which blocks password recovery.
- Choosing a username that is hard to type as a bank reference.
- Creating a second account after forgetting the login details of the first one.
- Depositing without the username as the reference.
Adults only
Registration is limited to people aged 18 and over. Namibia keeps a Register of Restricted Persons for anyone who wants to be excluded from gambling.
