Supreme Betting is a Namibian bookmaker that takes bets online, through retail shops, at self-service terminals and on mobile. The website combines a sportsbook with live betting, casino games, live dealer tables, scratch cards and a few fast-round games such as Aviator and Bingo Lucky6. Everything runs in Namibian dollars.
This page gives an overview of how Supreme Betting in Namibia is organised: what sits behind each menu item, how the bet slip calculates a payout, which payment channels exist and where to look for help. Each section links to a more detailed guide.

What Supreme Betting offers
The main navigation bar lists eight sections. Sportsbook and Live Betting cover sports; the rest are casino-style products that share the same account balance.
| Section | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Sportsbook | Pre-match markets on football, basketball, rugby, tennis, ice hockey, cricket and other sports, plus a Top Bets list |
| Live Betting | In-play markets with odds that move during the event |
| Bingo Lucky6 | A numbers game with frequent draws |
| Aviator | A crash-style game where the multiplier grows until the round ends |
| Casino | Slots from providers such as Amatic, EGT, Habanero, IGT, NetEnt and Novomatic |
| Live Casino | Table games streamed with real dealers |
| Scratch Cards | Instant-win cards |
| Virtual Sports | Computer-simulated matches and races that run around the clock |
A Terminal View button switches the site to the compact layout used on in-shop terminals. The top bar also lets players change the odds format and the interface language.

Sports betting and live markets
Football dominates the sportsbook, with European leagues, cups and smaller domestic competitions listed in the left-hand menu. Basketball, tennis and ice hockey follow. Rugby and cricket have their own sections too, which matters for Namibian bettors who follow Southern African teams.
Pre-match markets open well before kick-off. Once an event starts, it moves to Live Betting, where the odds update with the score and the clock. Bets on live events cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
Cash out is available on eligible tickets. It allows a player to settle a bet before all events have finished, for an amount the system calculates at that moment.

Settlement rules, voided events and sport-specific markets are covered on the sports betting page.
How the Supreme Betting bet slip works
Clicking any odds adds the selection to the bet slip on the right side of the screen. The slip has three tabs.
- Single – every selection is a separate bet with its own stake.
- Combi – all selections are linked, and every one of them has to win.
- System – the ticket is split into several combinations, so a few losing picks do not necessarily lose the whole stake.
Before confirming, the slip shows total odds, the number of bets and the possible payout. It also shows a tax line: on a sample ticket with a total stake of N$30, N$4.50 (15%) is deducted, and N$25.50 is the stake that counts towards winnings.

| Limit | Value |
|---|---|
| Minimum stake, sports | N$5.00 |
| Minimum stake, virtual sports and casino | N$1.00 |
| Maximum stake | N$500.00 |
| Selections per ticket online | 1 to 10 |
| Selections per ticket in retail shops | Up to 17 |
Opening an account
Registration is free. The form sits behind the Register button in the top right corner and asks for personal details, contact details and login data. Players can also open an online account in any Supreme Betting shop.
- Click Register.
- Fill in gender, first and last name, date of birth and email.
- Add address, city, country (Namibia), phone number with the +264 code and ID number.
- Choose Namibia Dollar as the currency, then set a username and password.
- Accept the terms and confirm.
The username is permanent. It cannot be changed later, and it doubles as the payment reference for bank deposits, so a simple, memorable choice saves trouble.

Step-by-step instructions, including what happens after sign-up, are on the registration page. Logging in and password recovery are explained in the login guide.
Casino, live casino and quick games
The Casino section is a grid of slots with a provider filter on the left. Classic fruit machines sit next to Megaways titles and Asian-themed games. Live Casino streams card and roulette tables with human dealers.
Aviator and Bingo Lucky6 have separate tabs in the main menu. Both are short-round games, so results arrive in seconds or minutes rather than at the end of a match. Scratch Cards and Virtual Sports complete the list.

More about game types and access is on the casino page.
Deposits and withdrawals in Namibian dollars
Deposits go in through bank transfers or mobile wallets. For EFTs, bank deposits and ATM deposits, the Supreme Betting username must be used as the payment reference. A wrong reference can send the money to another player's account.
| Channel | Options |
|---|---|
| Bank transfer (EFT) | First National Bank, Bank Windhoek, Nedbank Namibia, Standard Bank |
| Mobile wallets | FNB eWallet, Bank Windhoek EasyWallet, Standard Bank Blue Wallet, Nedbank wallet |
| Cash | Supreme Betting retail shops |
Withdrawals start in My Account → Withdraw. After entering the amount, the site generates an order number. That number and the username are then presented at a Supreme Betting shop, or sent together with banking details to the payments team by email or phone.
No withdrawal fees apply. Each request is audited first; approved payments are made within 24 hours. Money that was deposited but never used for a bet cannot be withdrawn.
The full walkthrough is on the deposits and withdrawals page.
Promotions: Happy Day Bonus and Combi Bonus
The Happy Day Bonus adds 10% to deposits made on selected Mondays and Fridays. There is no minimum deposit, and the deposit method does not matter. The bonus balance can only be used on sports tickets with at least five selections, each priced at 1.15 or higher, and it covers no more than a quarter of the net stake. System tickets and casino games are excluded.
The Combi Bonus is separate. It increases winnings on combination tickets with six or more selections and total odds of at least 5.00. The percentage grows as selections are added.
Mobile access
The site adapts to phone screens. On mobile, the sections move into a menu behind the hamburger icon, and the bet slip opens as a separate panel.

Download and installation details are collected on the Supreme Betting app page.
Shops and customer support
Supreme Betting runs retail sport bet shops in addition to the website. Shop staff can open an online account, reset a forgotten password and pay out withdrawal orders.

For account questions, the brand's customer care line also works on WhatsApp. A forgotten password is reset through the "Forgot password?" link under the login fields; a forgotten username requires contacting support. Phone numbers and locations are listed on the contacts page.
Licence and responsible gambling
According to its About page, Supreme Betting operates under Namibia's Gaming and Entertainment Control Act, 2018 (Act No. 13 of 2018). The Act created the Gambling Board, which licenses gambling in the country and keeps a Register of Restricted Persons for people who want to exclude themselves.
18+ only
Gambling in Namibia is limited to people aged 18 and over. Betting is entertainment with a real chance of losing money. Set a budget before playing, and take a break or ask for exclusion if betting stops being fun.
